All Eleph TV activation codes are digital products delivered instantly via email upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the activation code has been redeemed or activated.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund only if:
- The activation code has NOT been redeemed or activated
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
- You have not used the code on any device
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an unused activation code:

- Provide your order number and purchase details
- Confirm the code has not been activated
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Activation code has been redeemed or used
- Request made after 7 days of purchase
- Account has been logged in or subscription activated
- Code has been shared or transferred to another account

- We recommend testing the activation code immediately upon receipt
